Client hosts an identity management service called NCID. The NCID service has approximately 150,000 accounts servicing state and local government employees, citizens and businesses in North Carolina. Work has begun to migrate to a new version of the identity management service called NCID "Next Generation" (NG). The NCID NG is a project to upgrade and enhance the existing infrastructure components. This individual will work with the project team to create the following documents. 1. Application Integration 2. Delegated Administration functions 3. User functions 4. Test plans 5. NCID NG infrastructure by environments Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: 1. Prepare layout of material for publication. 2. Prepare rough drafts of the publication for review with the project staff and/or customers 3, Writing - Communicating effectively with others in writing as indicated by the needs of the audience 4. Active Listening - Listening to what other people are saying and asking questions as appropriate. 5. Speaking - Talking to others to effectively convey information. 6. Information Gathering - Knowing how to find information and identifying essential information. 7. Information Organization - Finding ways to structure or classify multiple pieces of information 8.
