- Functional consultant with full life cycle implementation experience
- Strong business process knowledge in payment processing, accounts
receivable, account adjustments/write-offs, payment clarification
- Deep configuration experience in the areas listed below.
- Contract Accounting Configuration (Ideally RMCA)
- Collections Management
- Dunning
- Integration with SD and FICO
- Customer-related master data (business partners and contract
accounts)
- Master data integration with SD
- Convergent invoicing
- Integration with CRM FCC in dispute management
- Experience with media / telecoms including subscription and usage
processes and billing
