Worth, TX Duration: 3 months + *Job Description:* * * · *Looking for operations person who can be independent with strong technical, communications and documentation skills. Primary support will be for the NetApp environment followed by supporting multi-vendor SAN envirionment.* * * · *Provide operational support of the NetApps environments including on-call responsibilities. * * * · *Position requires knowledge of the NetApps SAN and CIFS/NFS product set including all of the following tasks: provisioning, upgrades, patching, growing volumes and working knowledge of WinTel and Unix platforms. * * * · *Must be able to troubleshoot Level 3 problems, zoning, NetApp capacity adjustment, CIFs, and provisioning and deprovisioning SAN allocations. Off hours and weekend work will be required. Additional EMC, Hitachi, or 3PAR experience is required.
