*Duration:* through June 30, 2012 with three optional 1-year renewals
*Title:* ASP Developer
Candidates must be local to the Tallahassee Area.
Scope:
DEP is seeking individuals to maintain their applications, as described
below. The below 13 applications are within the initial scope, but the
maintenance may be expanded to up to 250 applications through the term of
this maintenance contract. The ASP Developers may be called upon to assist
with maintenance for ASP and Oracle Forms applications. While there will be
additional developers with skills sets in FoxPro and Java to maintain the
applications using those technologies, each Developer should be aware of all
application within the scope of the contract. Applications in bold below
will be the focus for this role.
· *Potable Water System (PWS) -Oracle Forms portion only - Oracle
Forms 10.1.2 *
· *Source Water Assessment and Protection Program (SWAPP) - Oracle
PL/SQL database, procedures & packages, and ASP 3.0 *
· Interactive Notice of Intent (iNOI) - Java 1.4, JSF, JavaScript
· *Environmental Resource Permitting Compliance/Enforcement (ERPCE)
- Oracle Forms 10.1.2, ASP 3.0 *
- *Beaches and Coastal Management Systems (BCMS) – Oracle PL/SQL
database, procedures & packages, Oracle Forms, Reports, ASP 3.0, and (very
minimal) Java 1.4. (Note that JAVA is limited to an application in BETA for
generating 3 reports for the public.) *
- *Storage Tank Contamination And Monitoring (STCM) - Oracle Forms
10.1.2, ASP 3.0 *
- Oil And Hazardous Materials Incident Tracking (OHMIT) - Java
- Asset Management Tracking system - Foxpro
- Uplands Tracking system - Foxpro
- *Classic ASP transactional applications: *
- *Asbestos Tracking *
- *Electronic Access System for Inspection Information Retrieval
(EASIIR) ASP 3.0; Microsoft Access 2000/2002 application, the underlying
code VBA (visual basic for applications) *
- *General Permit Compliance Information (GPCI) *
- *Land Acquisition Contract Assembly Program (LACAP) *
DEP defines maintenance as the modification of a system to improve
performance, the adaptation of a system to a changed environment, and/or
change of non-business requirements or routine activities required to
sustain proper application performance. DEP defines the following categories
under maintenance:
· Corrective Maintenance
· Improvement
· Adaptive Maintenance
· Preventive/Perfective Maintenance
· User Support
· Mandated Enhancements
In conjunction with the maintenance described above, the Oracle Forms
Developer will be responsible for the following known, planned and
non-recurring fixes or enhancements to the Storage Tank Contamination And
Monitoring (STCM) Application:
