*Location*: La Crosse, WI *Length*: 6 months w/option for additional time *Start Date*: ASAP *Rate:* * 70/HR +* expenses * * *US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD Only* * * *Overview:* The Hyperion Planning SME will be responsible for defining and documenting the business requirements and translate into functional specifications. This position will be to implement & customize a Hyperion Sys 9 Planning project. This person will be responsible for evaluating the architecture of our application, make recommendations, and help implement Hyperion Planning solution. *Requirements:* 1. Must have 3-5 yrs *Leading Hyperion Planning and Budgeting* within overall large program and related experience with complex with technical experience with Budgeting & Forecasting application implementations 2. *Must have implemented 5-FULL HYPERION PLANNING PROJECTS* 3. Must have Hyperion Sys 9 Planning exp with following Modules: *a. **Hyperion Capital Expense Planning * b. *Hyperion Workforce Planning* c. *Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)* 4. Must have developed Hyperion Planning applications for the form, structure and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems. Architect will: a. Build an integrated metadata environment consisting of both operational and business metadata ensuring the quality and integrity of the data within Hyperion Environment b. Identify opportunities to optimize performance of existing data structures c. Solid Experience working with Hyperion Essbase (developing complex calculation scripts in Essbase) 5. Knowledge of data, master data and metadata related standards, policies, processes and technology 6. Must be able to define and document the business requirements and translate into functional specifications as well as document integration points of existing systems and business processes. 7. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator (sales oriented in approach). 8.
