Mid Level - QA Tester Location: Falmouth Maine Duration: 6 Months Rate: $24/hr C2C Start Date: April 12, 2010 Job Description: . Report to the Quality Assurance manager. . Participate in testing activities for assigned project initiatives. . Execute test cases within identified time frames, within test environments and test data with high degree of accuracy . Document test results ensuring that the objectives are met and communicate them to the QA Analyst . Debugs basic problems and input defects with clear documentation to aid in re-creating the problems . Ensure defects are logged in the defect tracking tool. . Completing a combination of data entry, clerical and investigations functions. . Performing other duties as required. Skills/Education: . Previous experience with Mercury Testing tools is a plus: Quality Center, QTP. . Excellent working knowledge of Internet, various browsers and mobile would be a plus. . Previous Testing experience is a plus. . The ability to work in a fast paced environment where meeting deadlines and commitment to quality are of a great importance . A flexible and adaptable team player is a must, creativity and perseverance skills, interpersonal skills . General technical knowledge and analytical skills . Ability to react quickly to a changing environment. . Excellent communication skills, written & verbal. . Education Required: High School/GED Qualification Rating Quality Center * 3+ Yrs.
