Aggressive! Must handle stress well - Ab Initio, Teradata, MetaData, UAT Testing experience - Business Intelligence Business Objects is the tool they use - Crystal Reports nice but not as important as Business Object experience - Project Management experience nice - Casewise (business process modeling), Rational ReqPro, experience nice - SQL, Oracle experience - ODS Platform – DB2 - Wachovia, Chevy Chase experience nice to have - Must be flexible!!
