Works closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Business Analysts to develop optimal solutions for complex business problems. Displays ability to work and communicate equally well with developers, architects, project managers, business and QA analysts. Able to mentor the technical team on complex technical project issues. Candidate must have broad knowledge and experience with the core technologies used to render web sites and web applications. Demonstrates strong working knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis/ Object Oriented Design methodologies and life cycles. Demonstrates hands-on expertise in J2EE technologies, specifically, servlets, EJBs, JMS, JDBC. Investigates and resolves problems on software products and systems. Identifies areas for code improvement and refactors code. Participates in requirements review sessions. Responsible for project estimation process. Performs peer code reviews and prepares system documentation. Two years of Agile Development experience Four years minimum experience in software development industry.
