Duration: 4 months Rate: 55/hr AI We have an immediate need for a SAP HR Developer for a 4 month contract need in Tampa Fl. This role will start in the next 7-10 days. I am looking for a seasoned SAP HR Developer who has Payroll, benefits, OM, PA experience and any ESS/MSS exp is a plus. I know the description is very detailed, but the important piece here is a 5-7 year HR developer. Please note that I need reference names submitted with the resumes. Please call me with any questions. Job Description: The Senior SAP Application Developer is responsible for leading the development, configuration, implementation and support of SAP HR applications. This involves planning, analysis, detailed design, developing/coding/configuration, testing and implementation of the components. This may also involve providing enhancements and ongoing application support to the deployed application. In addition, this involves determining hardware/software systems requirements, leading systems hardware/software design, planning projects, establishing priorities and monitoring progress. This may include coordination with other managers to integrate project with other applications. The Senior SAP Application Developer is a senior level technologist and reports directly to the Application Developer Manager. He/she will provide project application development and technology guidance and advice on various IT initiatives. The Senior SAP Application Developer will lead and mentor the SAP Application Developers, and offer guidance in regards to application development projects. Requires an SAP experience in SAP Payroll, Benefits, OM, PA support with a working knowledge of additional SAP HR modules. Good understanding of SDLC methodology and good communication skills are required. Define and document business requirements for approval using standard templates. Ability to work closely with the customer to find solutions and identify business process improvements. Strong technical and configuration knowledge of SAP OM, PA, Payroll and Benefits Modules excellent hands-on knowledge of SAP IMG and configuration tasks, experience in implementing SAP customizations, strong understanding of HCM business process. Experience configuring ESS is a plus. Experience with ABAP vendor interfaces a plus. Candidate must be self motivating and able to work with team members.
