Monitor MTM of portfolios given the thresholds in place. 8. Manage and ensure accuracy of MTM values compared to counterparties in the event of collateral call. 9. Manage and monitor collateral. Key Competencies: 1. Working knowledge of financial products/markets, including fixed income and equity products. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and at times take the initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision. 3. Dedicated team player with strong sense of ownership and follow through skills. Must be willing to side load on additional projects as team needs develop and maintain maximum flexibility as to work flow and time management. 4.
