Location; Richfield,MN Contract: 1 Year The PM is Responsible for global store deployment that includes hardware, software and infrastructure to the enterprise. The Store Deployment Manager leads the team in evaluating, planning, estimating and delivering work across multiple geographies and store formats. The Store Deployment Manager is responsible for balancing the resource supply/demand for the retail stores capability. They are also responsible for managing and representing their capability across the overall client organization including the business and IT teams. The Store Deployment Manager is ultimately accountable for efficient and successful delivery of all commitments and for the results of operational metrics within their capability. The Store Deployment Manager is responsible for the adherence and adoption of company processes, procedures, and delivery methodologies with the ability to share these processes across multiple geographies and store formats. The Store Deployment Manager leads and is accountable for all aspects of leadership for individuals working in their capability group, including communication, issue resolution, personnel management, coaching, and performance management. The PM needs to have previous Deployment Project Management experience including large scale enterprise retail deployment experience.
