Apply user-centered design process to continuously improve and innovate products and services* a) Create conceptual models, wire frames, and iterative paper and interactive prototypes to flesh out and test design concepts for usability and to communicate ideas to stakeholders. b) Apply understanding of user needs to define navigation and interaction systems including site structures, navigation flows, user interfaces and hierarchies that are engaging and intuitively easy to use. c) Effectively incorporate business and technical requirements into design solutions. d) Proactively communicate status and updates to relevant stakeholders throughout design process. e) Validate and finalize interaction frameworks and visual designs with iterative design detail. f) Create user interfaces that are HTML and CSS standards compliant g) Deliver interface specification and/or interactive prototype on deadline. h) Effectively collaborate with technical team throughout development to ensure design vision is accurately translated from the design document to the final product. *2.
