*End to End Test Lead*
*This position is responsible for development of the end to end test
strategy and approach, technical test leadership, test planning, and test
execution, for strategic/complex Programs, including test automation, and
test environment requirements. This position is responsible for ensuring
that WellPoint enterprise test services are optimized to provide high
quality delivery of business solutions cost effectively. SIT Test Leads,
Performance Test Leads, UAT Leads and 3rd Party Test Leads are matrixed to
this position.***

*The end to end test lead holds the following responsibilities: ***
- *Detailed test plan development for end to end test:** *
- *Test scenario creation** *
- *Test execution strategy and milestones** *
- *Requirements traceability** *
- *Coordinates and manages End to End test planning, preparation and
execution for SIT and E2E Tests.** *
- *Provides input and requirements on environment needs** *
- *Provides input and requirements on test data needs** *
- *Reviews and provide feedback on testability of requirements and
designs** *
- *Coordinates communication and testing activities across multiple
platforms / systems when necessary for testing effort** *
- *Coordinates with Test Architect and other applicable test leads
(system, conversion, etc…) to assure integration with overall test strategy
** *
- *Assures all test deliverables and test execution is in compliance with
Enterprise test standards** *
- *Works with the leads from the SDLC areas to assure sign off and
coordination of test execution activities** *
- *Manages E2E program application Test Leads** *
- *Provides detailed status report and ensures all related documents
(EVT, MPP, Logs, Decision log) are maintained timely** *
- *Maintain and manage work plan for system test plan, prep, and execute
activities** *
- *Own logging, management and resolution of any risks or issues
applicable to E2E test** *
- *Own logging, management, and communication of any dependencies
applicable to E2E test** *
- *Ensures coordination with external systems and third party vendors
applicable in the E2E planning and execution.** *
