Position Summary The Data Migration Coordinator provides support and assistance to customers migrating from distinct legacy product lines that track continuing education credits of financial professionals to a new integrated platform. In preparing to support the customer, the Data Migration Coordinator validates the legacy data can be successfully migrated to the new platform to ensure successful an exception customer experience. 2. Principal Accountabilities - Coordinate and resolve technical client issues encountered during the migration** - Assist with client calls and managing support inquiries introduced during the migration** - Research and validate data using Microsoft SQL Server queries** - Assist other data migration coordinators as required** 3. Critical Challenges Understanding data schema of 3 legacy applications as well as the data schema of the new integrated platform. Understand workflow to diagnose customer technical problems, client calls and questions. Facilitate and communicate between customers and technical staff to solve any challenges encountered during the migration. * * 4. Unique Knowledge & Skills - Strong thinking and logic skills.
