This is a very cool shop and really innovative development!* *Responsibilities:** *• Develop client side object oriented JavaScript application using HTML5 and CSS3 (yes, the good stuff that you’ve always wanted to work with). • Write code that looks and feels more like a desktop application than a web page.Pssst… it actually will be running inside of a custom WebKit based desktop application (i.e. no cross browser compatibility worries/headaches). • Work with the C++ developers to define custom browser API extensions. *Qualifications:** *• You cut your teeth on JavaScript form validation years ago and haven’t looked back. • Now you write entire applicationsas static JavaScript and HTML and only access dynamic server via Ajax data. • You truly comprehend the ins and outs of jQuery and don’t just “dabble" in it. • You understand why this is important to separate structure from presentation from behavior. • When you go out to eat at a restaurant, you wonder why the menu isn’t presented in JSON. • You know the difference between a <div> and a <span> (please!) • You wish IE6 would “just go away already". • You thrive in a fast passed work environment and get a rush from releasing a new build. • You have a love for technology and are generally curious to read, discover and play with new gadgets. • What we’re trying to say is that you have 5+ years of hard core JavaScriptexperience and that CSS and HTML are child’s play. • Experience writing gadgets or widgets for Windows Sidebar, Mac Dashboard or Google Desktop. • You have written your own JavaScript framework/library • You can field dress a moose.
