Other Skills Required: • Team Leading and Mentoring Capabilities Area of Expertise: • Experience in BizTalk application testing • Strong communication skills, • Ability to manage interactions with client and onsite-offshore test team • Ability to understand business requirements • Functional & others forms of Manual Testing • Database Testing • Automation Testing knowledge • Knowledge in SQL and Oracle • Bug reporting & tracking tools • Test Strategy and Test Plan creation Job Description: • Prepare the Software Test Plan. • Design / Review the Test Cases document • Analyze requirements during the requirements analysis phase of projects. • Keep track of the new requirements from the Project. • Forecast / Estimate the Project requirements. • Client communication • Frequent status check meetings with the Team. • Act as the single point of contact between Onsite/Development team and Testing team for iterations, testing and deployment activities. • Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines, etc. • Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained. • Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes and procedures for testing is established as per standards defined by the organization. • Peer Reviews. • Log project related issues in the defect tracking tool identified for the project.
