Responsible for the process redesign to accommodate solution changes, security changes. Involved with Requirements Gathering, End User Training, UAT Testing, Go Live, and post go live support. Additionally: 1. Strong communication (verbal and written) skills. 2. Strong Analytical ability. 3. Understands key Financial Business Processes, transactional and reporting 4. The ability to translate complex technical issues into "business speak", articulate the issues, (verbally and in writing), present options with pros/cons, 5. Experienced with "hands on" SAP configuration. Strong SAP FICO Configuration Knowledge, including Special Purpose Ledger. 7. Experience with full cycle SAP implementations. 8. Ability to write / review functional specs., for Interfaces, Conversions and Reports. 9. Understands the Integration of Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR and Operations Business Processes and Technical Designs with Finance. Might be required to travel to Golden, CO Knowledge of SAP FI module (other modules is a plus), experience working with end users, leading requirements gathering workshops, UAT reviews, discussions re Training needs / assessment, security strategy, go live support for business. SAP reporting - Sales and Marketing SAP general Finance and CO-IO configuration. SAP general security Responsible for the translation of business requirements into SAP configuration, including the identification of functional gaps. Also provides assistance to the SAP Systems Analyst to create technical specifications to fill gaps. A senior level person is the most experienced, with the widest range of experience in various size and types of projects that are relevant to the role. Typically 6 to 10 or more years in the role would be expected.
