Person Requirements Degree level education Ideally SAP Certified Experience of hands on configuration in SAP PA, OM, US Benefits, Time Management and integration to US Payroll Business process background or knowledge of HR and Payroll environment Exposure to working as part of HR/Payroll support team for a consultancy or in house consultant in end user organisation Excellent communication and presentation skills Must have the following abilities 1) Design and hands on configuration of the US functional PA, OM, Benefits, Time Management and integration to Payroll specifications 2) Coach and mentor other team members on how to config US SAP HR requirement into the system. 3) Work closely with internal HR client to design the US benefits and payroll module to be flexible to enable future acquisitions integration into the system with ease. 4) Management of rapid works/bug fixes, 5) US Configuration works on IT HR projects. 6) Work closely with the global SAP IT HR team (UK & Singapore) to ensure US design is aligned with the global design. Main Duties - Planning and design review and hands on configuration for the US SAP HR PA OM to pass through to 3rd party vendor systems to process benefits and payroll - Knowledge of US HR business processes - Knowledge of HR Time Management and integration to payroll for processing. - Coach other US IT team members to do hands-on configuration of the US SAP Requirements. - Assist in all SAP Payroll and HR functional requests from HR - Work closely with US HR and US IT team members to identify solutions and options for all BAU requests and gather and write Functional/Technical specifications and signed off and forward it to global team (UK and Singapore) to develop. - Liaison / coordinate with the Singapore development team to ensure the BAU items are developed, QA and UAT test are completed on a timely manner and signed off by the end users (HR) - Prioritize the BAU work items with the business and SAP Global team - Work within the Change control and release management process Testing: • Preparation and execution of detailed unit test cases Providing support during QA and UAT test phases • Training and knowledge transfer to support team Post-Implementation: • Point of contact for support team, investigating and resolving issues found in production Support • 3rd line support for applications Thanks Davis Johnson [email protected] 201-257-5081 x 293 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
