Perform verification of Requirements, Design and Technical Specification documents and convert those specifications into suites of functional test plans. Collaborate with Test Manager to develop and mentor System Team members in the structured Software Testing standards including test planning, test preparation, test executing, and test reporting for enterprise projects. Primary Responsibilities: · Leads the testing activities of indirect testing personnel. · Develops, enhances, and maintains the Tester's Kohl's Test Methodology. · Reviews and audits all phases of the software testing lifecycle for adherence to corporate standards. · Develops Test Plans and Reports for completeness, content and completeness. · Assists with the development of Requirement, Technical, and Source Code Specification verification. · Develops and monitors traceability matrices. · Perform the development and execution of manual and automated regression, functional, system level and integration level test scripts/procedure specifications. · Define and collects project related test deliverables and testing metrics. · Performs defect management including defect tracking database and root cause analysis · Leads task force that will define, enhance, and manage our Test data/hardware environments. · Provide time estimates for test case development and execution. · Provide guidance and mentoring for System Test Team members. · Develops training and user documentation for Test Resources · Performs the setup of automated test tools and performance monitoring tools. · Conducts initial interviews of prospective consulting clients. · Provide input to QA Manager for associate performance appraisals If you are interested with the above opening please send below information ASAP Email me a copy of your updated WORD formatted resume with the below details.. 1.
