Certified, Team Foundation System, ASPX, C#, .NET 2.0, *CRM* 4.0 3rd party

Our need is for a certified *CRM* 4.0 expert.
This is the skill set the person should have:
Project management would be a plus but not the requirement. We would also
like for them to do some development work if they have that skill set.
Hands-on development with ASPX, C#, NET 2.0. They need to know the Team
Foundation System. Some knowledge of SharePoint, Great Plains, and 3rd party
development tools would be a plus. They, of course, need to be certified in*
CRM* 4.0 first and foremost. Must have excellent communication skills.
