Experienced, hands-on software professional to develop and deliver technical training. Responsible for the development needs of a global Technology group of over 2000 people. Working closely with senior managers in Technology to assess technical training needs and be responsible for parts of the curriculum as well as for the presentation of training programs and initiatives. Near-term responsibilities include delivering new hire technical training. This training requires developing lab work, on-line assessments and utilizing eLearning formats. It is essential that you have technical expertise gained through practical programming experience. Advanced academic training in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred.
