*Must Have Skills:

**• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a scientific,
engineering, financial, or mathematical discipline
• Solid C++ development experience
• A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and
nodular/object-oriented design
• Experience with relational database technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to multi-task, and to work independently and effectively
under pressure
• Curriculum design and development experience
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with eLearning, working with
vendors, and technology
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives successfully within a
fast-paced organization

*Job Roles / Responsibilities:

*Creating new hire training.  Experienced, hands-on software professional to
develop and deliver technical training.  Responsible for the development
needs of a global Technology group of over 2000 people.  Working closely
with senior managers in Technology to assess technical training needs and be
responsible for parts of the curriculum as well as for the presentation of
training programs and initiatives.  Near-term responsibilities include
delivering new hire technical training.  This training requires developing
lab work, on-line assessments and utilizing eLearning formats.
It is essential that you have technical expertise gained through practical
programming experience.  Advanced academic training in a relevant discipline
is strongly preferred.  You must have the ability to apply that practical
experience to communicate technical concepts effectively in a training
environment.

Detailed Responsibilities

*• Update and create new training materials for architecture, development
environments and tools using innovative delivery mechanisms
• Work with multiple groups to define and deploy world-class training
curriculums using multiple delivery methods
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders
• Develop and/or review training and course reference materials
• Analyze alternative delivery methods to insure needs are met effectively
• Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities
• Develop templates to enable subject matter experts to create materials,
quizzes and assessments*
