1. Minimum 0.5 years experience developing Java/J2EE Applications with the
Spring Framework
2. Minimum 0.5 years experience using the Java Hibernate Core for Data
Access
3. Minimum 1 year experience developing applications interfaced with Oracle
databases
4. Minimum 0.5 years experience deploying applications in IBM Websphere
5. Minimum 1 year experience working with staff to identify improvements and
implement changes to code
6. Minimum 1 year experience reviewing business requirements
7. Minimum 1 year experience designing user interface screens
8. Minimum 1 year experience developing in XML
9. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
10. Minimum 4 years experience with writing application software, data
analysis, data access, data structures data manipulation, databases, design,
programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation,
software conversions; environments include but are not limited to mainframe,
mid-range, personal computers, laptop; available to assist and/or lead in
the design of program specifications and the implementation of software
solutions.
