The ideal candidate *will possess experience in multiple complex global SAP implementations.* The candidate should bring industry experience and knowledge of "best practices". *2.Service Contact Center Lead SAP/CRM):* Strong candidates *will possess 7+ years experience with SAP CRM Call Center and must be familiar with IVR & CTI technologies. *This person must be able to manage complexity and deal with ambiguity.
