Leverage the infrastructure / application monitoring tools to monitor the environment 24 X 7 X 365 . Administer the infrastructure / application monitoring tools . Liaise with Data Center and other service providers to provide communications to all levels of the organization in regard to upgrades, outages, requests for information, etc. . Be the lead on a Crisis Management team when required and create and retain the After Action Reports . Host post-mortem meetings and retain findings, including preventative actions in knowledge database . Perform project management where required .
