Must have 4+ years C# / ASP.Net Experience (2.0/3.5 .net framework). Must have SQL Server 2005 / 2008 Experience. Experience working with large database indexing and optimization preferred (100+ GB in size). Experience with Microsoft Technologies including management of windows 2003 server / IIS required. JavaScript/AJAX/XML Experience required. Experience developing integrations with web based API’s. Experience with HTML and CSS is required. Experience handling deployment of web applications from the development environment to testing, and then into production. Experience with developing web services, for third party integration with software applications. Experience creating quality documentation for software applications. Experience working with GIS development such as SharpMap / OpenLayers is a HUGE plus. Google Maps API Experience a plus. Experience with commercial GIS products such as ARCGIS a plus.
