Job Title: Cognos Report Developer Duration: 6 months *Work Location: Boston, MA *** Local Candidates only. All candidates must be in easy commuting distance to downtown Boston* Rate: 48\hr CTC *Job Description:* The PowerBuilder/Report Developer will be responsible for developing or modifying reinsurance reports primarily using the Cognos tool. Experience with PowerBuilder is also required. Other required skills include: • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with the business analyst to develop and deliver a reporting solution to meet the stated business needs. • Demonstrate a team orientation by working closely and effectively with customers, development teams and outside services; • Extensive experience with Cognos as a reporting tool. • Specific technical experience requirements include: o SQL server 2000 o PowerBuilder (Version 9) o Impromptu (Version 6) • Experience in reinsurance is strongly desired.
