Title : SQA Lead

Required:

8 years QA/testing experience with 5 years in test planning & coordination

Must have led a team of at least 10 manual and/or automation testers

Must have experience in leading automation and performance test efforts

Must have experience using HP's Quality Center 9.2 and all of its modules

Must have basic knowledge of project management tools, such as Gantt charts, MS 
Project

Must have extensive experience in Test Plan creation, implementation and 
maintenance

Title : Performance Test Specialist

Duration : 3months

Location : Men. Falls , WI

  

Project:

Performance Engineer Strategist)

Plans, leads, coordinates and manages performance tuning for projects and 
enhancements to support customer-facing ecommerce systems. 

Responsibilities include developing and overseeing performance testing 
strategies as well as supervising resources assigned. 

Collaborates with planning, development, support and cross-functional 
infrastructure teams to execute and analyze performance tests.  

This candidate must also be able to write performance test scripts with Silk 
Performer (or equivalent tool).

  

Skills:

1. Performance Engineering Specialist with 8-10 years of professional 
experience in Performance Test Strategies, Performance Testing, Performance 
Monitoring & analysis along with prior experience in large, customer-facing, 
retail eCommerce implementation program.

2. Excellent knowledge in end to end Performance testing strategies, process, 
methodology's, diagnosing of performance problems and developing remediation 
recommendations.

3. Proven ability to analyze and trend performance and reliability of eCommerce 
applications in production-like configuration and articulate test results.

4. Experience in using quantitative methods, statistical data, defines and 
manages system tuning and providing recommendations on system capacity / 
performance.

5. Strong performance metrics extraction, parsing and correlation skills using 
Borland SilkPerformer, Wily Introscope & Keynote.

6. Skilled at monitoring and analyzing the following technology stack:  Apache, 
WebLogic, Oracle, F5, Alteon, GigaSpaces, Azul

 

Requirement (4) 

 

Title : Software Configuration Management Engineer

Duration : 7 months

Location : Men. Falls , WI

  

Project:

Plans, leads, coordinates and manages production releases for projects and 
enhancements to support customer-facing systems. 

Responsibilities include managing processes and environments for 
development-test-merge-deploy, Software Configuration Management of all 
relevant applications and software, and supervising resources assigned. 

Collaborates with planning, development, support and cross-functional 
infrastructure teams to create and manage detailed deployment schedules, risk 
mitigation, roll back plans and business continuity plans for production 
releases.

  

Primary Responsibilities:

?         Develops and implements policies, procedures, and standards for the 
IS department.

?         Conducts initial determination of feasibility of proposed requests 
for IS release dates; defines technical implications of systems development 
projects to define release inclusions and establish release calendar.

?         Recommends and justifies to management improvements in development 
and release and deploy methods.

?         Develops detailed release plans and schedules

?         Reports release status and issues on a regular and timely basis; 
mediates issues between users, team member, or other IS personnel.

?         Implements industry best practices for build, release and 
deploy-to-production management.

?         Defines and implements process for managing code conflicts among 
projects running in parallel.

?         Mentor one or more Clients Associates to develop a thorough 
understanding of the SCM process.

 

Qualifications:

?         Multiple years of related work experience including leadership 
experience.

?         Displays initiative and self-motivation.

?         Thorough understanding of formal SDLC processes, source code control 
concepts and strategies, QA strategies

?         Must have extensive Software Configuration Management experience in 
customer-facing pre-production and production environments including experience 
with object oriented systems, third party software and testing service 
providers, and integration with multiple backend systems.

?         Must have prior experience managing build, release and deployment 
strategies for 10-15 simultaneous projects

?         Multiple years of experience creating release schedules, roll back 
plans, and software development builds for production releases.

?         Demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills working 
with technical and non-technical audiences

?         Demonstrated experience managing issues, risks, and change to 
successful conclusion for all stakeholders.

?         Demonstrated strong negotiation skills, critical thinking skills.

?         Strong interpersonal relationship skills and team building.



Technical Qualifications:

?         Configuration Management Database, source control tool experience

?         Thorough understanding of  Install shield

?         Comfortable user of Windows environment

?         Experience with deploying .Net applications

?         Knowledge of Final Builder and Microsoft TFS / Team Systems a plus
