Technical Business Systems Advisor prefers 6 or more years of systems engineering or systems analysis experience. Technical Business Systems Executive Advisor requires *10 or more years of systems engineering or systems analysis experience* with additional experience in driving cultural change. BSA, Technical *Testing and Tool specific certifications are required*. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required. Excellent multitasking, leadership and managerial skills are required. Knowledge of a variety of technologies and/or the ability to understand technology dependencies and manage technology integration is required. Aptitude for defining and documenting business requirements, developing and implementing test cases and test plans is required. Familiarity with current BI applications is required. Knowledge of test tracking and test automation tools such as *Mercury and Rational tools including ReqPro, RQM and CQ tools is preferred*. Knowledge of Use Cases, SQL, SAS tools and procedures, OLAP, Business Objects, and other data mining tools is preferred. BSA, Technical Testing and Tool specific certifications are required.
