Again, this will need to be someone with demonstrated Sr. development skills in the IBM Web Sphere Commerce technology. Requirement (2) Title: SSO Identity and Authorization Management Architect Location: Redmond, WA Duration: 4+ months Status: Citizen or GC or H1B Tasks: · Performs independent analysis of identity management requirements and opportunities Reviews current-state architecture and identify all · available assets and key gaps/risks Creates an SSO Roadmap and Reference Architecture · Performs product/tool research Develops an Implementation Plan Reviews/presents/validates findings with key stakeholders, e.g., EA, · Project Architects, Business Unit stakeholders, etc. · Summarizes analysis and recommendations in a final report, including an Implementation Plan Drafts detailed artifacts related to Proof of Concept and RFI/RFP exercise, if necessary, including: appropriate sections of the RFI/RFP, vendor · instructions,ground rules, requirements traceability matrix, scoring system, etc. Required Skills: · Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle SSO related products (OID, ODS, Federated) · Experience with Microsoft AD, ADFS · Experience with several different products and delivery models (e.g., Application Delivery Controllers) · Experience with Web Services security (SAML 2.0, WS-Federation) · Experience working in a project team environment · Independent worker with the ability to self direct assigned tasks · Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferred Skills: · Knowledge of Application Delivery Controller technologies (e.g., network appliances from F5 or Cisco, etc.) · Our global partners operate in a Microsoft ecosystem, but are taking a federated approach to identity management. · Knowledge of ADFS and Ping Identity and other federation technologies would be very helpful Requirement (3) : Title: Business Analyst with Timekeeping and Labor Scheduling (TLS) experience Location: Redmond , WA Duration: 8+ months Status – Citizen or GC Preferred Context Our client is gearing up for deployment of a new Timekeeping and Labor Scheduling (Kronos) solution into our retail stores. Engagement: The engagement is for a senior business systems analyst to lead and/or perform business requirements lifecycle management and business process creation related to Timekeeping and Scheduling, as a member of a broader project team. Responsibilities (shared and/or owned): -Supporting the initial implementation phase (Proof of Concept) of the Global Labor Scheduling project by: 1. Provide expertise on currently defined business processes 2. Provide end user support, trouble shooting issues or application defects 3.
