*Position : Business Analyst* *Location*: Minneapolis/Twin Cities, MN *Industry*: *Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences* *Start Date*: early June to mid June *Duration*: 5 months to start on process alignment work, then if approved 2-3 year implementation project *Project Description*: We are looking for a strong BA to do *process alignment work on incentives and compensation*. Client has multiple business units we need to align. No system or tools work at this point. An understanding of the sales and compensation process is required. This is Business Process work – not necessarily tied to any system, so someone with strong process around incentive and compensations, especially in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industry would be ideal. Some possible systems experience for people to have could be Oracle, SAP (Vistex), or Callidus (more market leader in this space best in breed); Consultant is expected to perform an assessment of current incentives and compensation plans on the process side and gather requirements and provide recommendations for improvement and systems that could match possible requirement. Past Assessment experience preferred. Life Science Industry Experience preferred. Strong ethic around listening to requirements, analyzing business needs, * documentation* and recommendations about possible solutions or incentive packages, compensation packages, and loyalty packages.
