These are long term contract positions available here in Rochester, NY* -*Please submit local consultants only* *Job 1 - Java/Web Services Developer (multiple contract spots)* *Required:* - 2+ years commercial software product development experience. - 2+ years hands-on experience with Java. - 2+ years experience CREATING Web Services, including experience with technologies such as SOAP, WSDL, UDDI and XML. - Strong SQL skills. Familiarity with complex databases. - Automated Unit Testing experience (e.g. Junit). - Experience with source code control systems. *Preferred:* - Familiarity with BPEL. - Familiarity with web services security concepts such as SAML, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation and WS-Security - Familiarity with Agile programming. - SOA Concept knowledge. *Job 2 - Java/Flex Developer (multiple contract spots)* *Required:* - 1+ yr experience with Adobe Flex and Action Script. - 3+ years of solid XML experience. - 3+ years of solid JavaScript experience. - Experience with enterprise or mission critical applications. - Working knowledge of MVC. *Preferred:* - 3+ years of Java programming experience. - Knowledge of SQL. *Job 3 - Java Server Developer (multiple contract spots)* *Required:* - 3-5 years of Java programming / J2EE experience - Must have very strong database and SQL skills - they will be working with complex databases (normalized models, 100's of tables). Must be able to read complex data models or ERD diagrams. Must have object relational modeling experience. - Must have experience with a source code control tool and know how to merge conflicting changes. *Preferred:* - Experience writing EJB's (stateless Session Beans) from 'scratch' (not simply using tools). Excellent understanding of session beans, container managed beans, etc. - Experience with ANT and ability to troubleshoot issues. - Experience with Hibernate, JBOSS, JUnit, Oracle and Weblogic - SOA is a plus.
