We are looking for the right person to fill a Java developer role in a small
and highly efficient team. Our products are primarily web applications for
public and internal use. We are looking for a Java dev who has excellent
technology skills, excellent communication skills, and who can work both
independently and as part of a team.

o 5+ years of experience in:
# OO design and development
# Hard-core java development
o 5+ years of experience with the following technologies
# Java (J2EE, Struts, tag library, servlets, jsp)
# XML
# Web-based applications
# SOAP
# Ant
# SQL
# Oracle
# Unix/Linux
o 2+ years of experience with the following technologies
# Spring framework
# Hibernate
# AJAX
o Experience working in small, fast pace company environments
o Experience using software development best practices
o Excellent communication and writing skills
o Good Team player with go getter attitude
o Product development methodologies
o Experience using open source technologies
o Be satisfied with a commute to and from Rockville, MD
o Bachelors degree or higher in CS or related field
