Falls , WI EAD, Green Card citizens Primary Responsibilities: * Identifies problems at the system level and recommends solutions; analyzes and develops logical resolutions for technical issues from a technical and business perspective. * Identifies the impact of proposed changes at a system level and identifies the technical impact on interfacing systems. * Understands and uses appropriate modeling and documentation techniques to translate business partner requirements (or textual use cases) into functional/technical requirements and data specifications. * Reviews system changes and test results with the lead; responsible for the transition of the logical models into physical models. * Coordinates performance tuning and makes recommendations. * Works with business partners, team members, and Information Services staff to ensure smooth development and installation of assigned projects. * Serves a leadership and mentoring role on projects and in order to facilitate development of technical staff * Assists the manager/lead with the development of the project plan by helping to identify tasks, resources and dependencies. Recommends plan changes necessary to keep the project on schedule * Creates and communicates technical designs and specifications to technical project team. * Ensures compliance with Kohl's development and technical standards Preferred Qualifications: * Multiple years of programming experience including performing object oriented design tasks. (.Net and SQL Server experience is most preferred) * Prior background with real time systems in a multi-threaded environment * Expertise in a variety of Microsoft platform components and development tools. * Displays initiative, self-motivation, good judgment, positive attitude, and demonstrates ability to act promptly and accept responsibility. * Ability to convey technical solutions or challenges to management, ability to partner with business analysts in a business user setting * Past experience in a technical leadership role, including setting technical direction for a project, mentoring team members, effective delegation, estimation, ability to help team prioritize and working in partnership with project management on technical milestones If you are interested with the above opening please send below information ASAP Email me a copy of your updated WORD formatted resume with the below details.. 1.
