*Job Title: Biztalk Developer* ** *Location:Bloomington, MN* ** *Duration:6 months* ** 1. *Use of BizTalk in an Oracle eBusiness Suite environment* 2. *Use of BizTalk in an Oracle database environment * 3. *Use of BizTalk in an ERP environment (PeopleSoft, Siebel, SAP, Lawson, Baan etc.) * *Experienced Microsoft Biztalk Developer to work on a team in the development and support of our HR / Payroll systems. This opportunity is a brand new development project and is considered to be one of the organizations top priorities for the upcoming year. * * * *Job responsibilities: * - *Must understand Microsoft’s integration technologies, as well as be able to find appropriate solutions to specific integration challenges * - *Will interact closely with application teams, both on shore and off, as well as business analysts to gather requirements and understand system constraints * - *Consults with internal and external business partners to develop technical solutions to business problems and/or opportunities which are cost effective and value added * - *Designs integrated technical solutions for proprietary and purchased software which may include enterprise-level projects * - *Trains, develops and mentors other engineers and technical staff * - *Leads code reviews to ensure adherence to architecture standards, code consistency and maintainability * - *Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions * - *Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems* *Qualifications: * - *Strong knowledge of BizTalk architecture and implementation models. Minimum 3+ years BizTalk development experience * - *Experience in developing Microsoft BizTalk 2006 R2 solutions * - *Experience with WCF and BizTalk WCF custom or LOB adapters a strong plus * - *Development experience with Microsoft's .NET Framework and Visual Studio IDE, using VB and C# as the development languages * - *Knowledge and experience in applying object-oriented design and implementation techniques * - *Ability to apply group development standards and work constructively within a development team * - *Experience with developing pipeline components, orchestrations, schemas, and maps * - *General experience with XML and schemas (DTD, XSD).
