Peoplesoft eProcurement

We are looking for transformational p2p program manager that has PeopleSoft
eProcurement, po and ap experience.  end to end e-enablement experience
using PeopleSoft, oracle supplier network and ob10 for electronic invoice
processing.  Spend analytics and global procurement experience are important
as well.  Finally experience with SharePoint portal as a front end to the
whole shooting match a plus.



They are looking for someone with previous Procure to Pay full
Implementation Life Cycle. There is a strong preference to have someone to
have a background with PeopleSoft, OB10 invoice conversion systems or other
invoice translation packages. Oracle or SharePoint portal experience is also
desirable.



This position is a possible contract to hire for the right candidate. The HM
is looking for candidates that are potentially Director level for this job.
Process mapping and change management skills are just as important as their
technical ability.



The goal is to hire a proven change leader, with deep knowledge and
experience in designing and operating complex end-to-end Procure-to-Pay
functions, who can envision and create the future state for Dow Jones
procure-to-pay capabilities, resulting in improved controls and compliance,
improved utilization of preferred suppliers, fewer invoicing disputes,
improved vendor relations, and enhanced internal client satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Roles and Responsibilities: Create and gain support across
Dow Jones for the future state vision for P2P Working in partnership with
end-to-end process participants, define future state policies, processes,
and performance metrics that will support this vision Working in partnership
with the Dow Jones Global Payment Director, co-design the future state
organization that will bring the vision to life Working in partnership with
the team that is accountable for the Procure-to-Pay technology upgrade
initiative, specify the functionality required to support the vision

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1: . Proven ability to make sustainable change happen, by influencing
process participants and creating alignment with sponsors and change team
partners
2: . Knowledge of P2P best practices to optimize service quality,
efficiency, and control
3: . Understanding of continuous improvement approaches such as Lean and Six
Sigma, at both a conceptual and practical level, with proven experience in
operating within a Lean and/or Six Sigma environment
4: . Ability to seek out and access knowledgeable peers and experts to
augment his/her experience and knowledge
5: . Appreciation of financial and control compliance aspects of P2P
processing (e.g., US expense recognition accounting principles,
Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements, etc.)
6: . Experience with P2P-specific supporting technologies such as
imaging/workflow, p-cards, electronic invoicing, EDI, EFT, etc.
7: . Experience in operating in a global organization, with process
participants that may be located around the world
8: . Experience in managing outsourced offshore services in P2P
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

1: . Formulate performance measurement strategies and plans based on
business needs and direction
2: . PeopleSoft Financials, eProcurement, PO and AP experience
3: . Experience with punch-out, catalog management and online supplier
networks (Oracle, Ariba)
4: . Direct involvement in business cases development and performance
measurement
