*Position Title:Datawarehouse Architect*
*Responsibilities*
**Works with an enterprise conceptual model to develop a detail logical
model and selective physical modeling for the pricing subject area. Needs to
be able to build a strong business client relationship with non technical
business leadership. Should be able to discuss the pros and cons of adding,
changing or deleting data relationships and/or data classes to a business
leader which could yield better or different business pricing capability and
process.
Pricing logical and physical data model. Existing models can be leveraged to
build model. Focus will be on contracts, product, customer, item taxonomy,
and pricing data areas. Definitions and alignment with key business owners
is needed on key definitions. Existing business glossary definitions can be
leveraged.
Develop map of model to systems supporting pricing process including SAP
ECC, IBM Ecommerce, and Vistex (SAP rebate system bolt on).
*Skills*
**Should have good background in modeling in the following areas:
• Logical data modeling
• Pricing system
• Master data
• Business glossary / Common semantics
Should have experience in pricing processes and modeling.
Experience working in a supply chain business is highly desired.
Experience working with PowerDesigner is highly desired.
Experience working in a SAP oriented system environment is a bonus.
