Financial Investment Banking (Equity) experience is a big plus. *** The Mercury KDB platform is a Tick Data Capture system for the Global Markets business, capturing quote and trade ticks for stocks, stock indices, FX, Futures, Rates and Commodities from all exchanges globally. The platform uses KDB+ technology. The candidate will be working on the Mercury KDB project to develop new services, assist users with their data queries, monitor production environments and data quality, and resolve defects. Candidate will be a team player who will contribute to the quality and innovation of the Mercury KDB platform. Activities will include understanding the business context and requirements of the Global Markets divisions (particularly Rates) and interacting with the users (quants, traders, technologists) to build out an enterprise level high-performance, mission critical tick data service.
