* *Minimum of 8 years experience in developing J2EE applications;
JDK1.4/1.5, EJB 2.0/2.1/3 JEE6, JMS and XML
** Extensive hands-on experience in Struts, *Spring*, Hibernate or IBatis
frameworks and ESB
* Extensive hands-on experience in TDD (Test Driven Development) via JUnit
or Cactus
* Extensive hands-on experience in implementing *Java* components based on

* Hands-on experience in software design and modeling with UML
* Experience in one or more of Tomcat, WebSphere, Weblogic, JBoss or Oracle
Application Server
