*Hai Everyone,
Subject:* Need SAP Integration Resource - HOT!! Hire off one phone interview; Chicago IL Chicago for 2 months. Should be able to start ASAP. Only one interview Skill Set: * XI/PI design, development, configuration & operations o Use Enterprise Services Builder for developing PI integration scenarios o Use Web Services SOAP Adapter for conveying data from PI to PPSS (PROS Pricing Solution Suite - our product), and handle responses as appropriate (for error reporting). o Ability to diagnose performance/operational issues and configure/modify designs accordingly o Ability to configure PI Alert Categories for operations monitoring * ERP configuration o ALE distribution (+ group filters), partner profiles o IDOC extensions using customer-defined object-oriented techniques o User Exits / ABAP coding, * SAP SD, MM & CO-PA (BW/BI helpful for understanding the business context of the purpose of the "Transaction" interface detailed below) Engagement Context. We have an integration project with a customer that involves 4 interfaces and a number of supporting calculations (all SAP -> PPSS data flow direction): * Customer mastero DEBMAS IDOC and 3 PPSS interfaces)o Status: complete* Material mastero MATMAS IDOC + extension involving material characteristics and 1 PPSS interfaceo Status: complete (expected this afternoon)* Product Cost Detailso KEKO/KEPH tables, COCPA02 IDOC and 1 PPSS interfaceo Status: work in progress* Transactiono primarily sourced from CO-PA, COPAGN01 IDOC + extension for a set of calculated/queried fields and 1 PPSS interface.o Status: work in progress The customer has the most recent releases of ECC and PI in production (PI 7.1 with "Enterprise Services Builder" designer vice "Integration Repository". The functional specs are completed with minor updates occurring as issues become more fully rung out. Technical specs are in progress and being worked concurrently with development. Both remaining interfaces are targeted to be complete (dev complete, unit testing complete, tech spec's accepted) by COB July 9. The customer has taken responsibility for data conversion and initial data load. Integration developers are working closely with customer IT to ensure that business logic for production interfaces stays aligned with data conversion effort. The "Transaction" interface is really a basis for adding more calculated/queried fields in the IDOC extension which will be populated at IDOC creation time and has placeholders for such things as: * A transactional catalog price (essential running a price procedure in simulation mode using the time of transaction)* Various cost elementso Varies from simple to complex queries and calculations So though we talk about this role as a PI developer, the person will have to have a fairly deep knowledge of ERP side sources and be able to program in advanced ABAP (customer requires an object-oriented technique for handling IDOC extensions) and the various data sources that are involved. -- Thanks & Regards, Tommy jibin Technical Recruiter Hi-range Technologies Ltd 906 Lacey Avenue Suite 106 Lisle; Illinois:60532 Ph: 630 929 5198 Fax: 630-969-2722 www.hirange.net [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
