Must have 2 to 5+ years experience of installation, upgrades, patches, configuration, administration and support of all WSS, SPS 2003, SharePoint Services/SharePoint (MOSS) 2007 portal servers including: *1. **Stabilize & standardize the SharePoint environment* *2. **Develop operations and procedures to support change management in SharePoint * *3. **Enhancing, maintaining, and migrating existing SPS 2003 and team sites to SharePoint (MOSS) 2007* *4. **Managing system security; system patching and upgrades; deploying custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages* *5. **Configure SharePoint services and settings; Apply patches, service packs, and infrastructure updates* *6. **Participate in the deployment of SharePoint related solutions * *2. **Experience customizing SharePoint sites is a PLUS {* *Sites and Site Collections}* 3.
