Position: Sr. Hyperion Reports Developer Location: Downtown Chicago, IL Duration: 6-12 Months This order is for a Senior Hyperion Reports Developer. In order of importance 1. Interactive Reporting 2. Financial Reporting 3. Web Analysis reporting Informatica is the ETL tool Peoplesoft EPM Oracle Database PROJECT OVERVIEW This SOW is to improve the Hyperion and PeopleSoft EPM application and maintenance; to enhance overall system performance and responsiveness; and to promote consistency, reliability and stability in the overall approach. In particular, this Statement of Work (SOW) is intended to address leadership development of Hyperion System 9 Interactive and Financial Reporting and Web Analysis and related system enhancements, the Hyperion Reporting Modifications related to EPM upgrade and some aspects of maintenance and support. The EPM application system and platforms include: Applications * Exelon's EPS - PeopleSoft EPM (Enterprise Warehouse) ver 8.8 and upgrade to ver. 9x * PeopleSoft EPM Global Consolidations ver 8.8 and upgrade to ver. 9x * PeopleSoft Financials ver 8.9 * Hyperion System 9: Analytical Services, Interactive Reporting, Financial Reporting, WebAnalysis and Planning 9.3.3 * Custom processing and packages designed as enhancements to standard EPM product. Platforms * Hyperion System 9: * Unix/Solaris 9 * Oracle 10i * PeopleSoft * Unix/Solaris 9 * Oracle 9i Exelon Application Controls and Processes * Exelon Sarbanes-Oxley general controls * Exelon IT Production Control Management process * Use of Mantis (POFECT) work control tool Resources: Equivalent of one (1) FTE expected Services Confirm requirements, provide design and documentation leadership, code, test, re-work, and implement in production the following enhancements and associated support roles: Supporting Processes: * Process necessary Exelon change control documentation and approvals for self and for project teams * Support system needs as required to keep project on track * Status Reporting weekly Hyperion System 9 Interactive and Financial Reporting and Web Analysis system enhancements * Determine approach and provide design, build and deployment of solution for Hyperion based Financial Reports. Backfill for Support Team positions when required. * Build new reports to client specification, enhance newly developed FTIP reporting solutions and optimize reporting queries to meet business performance requirements EPM upgdae Projects: * Analyze and design the process and customizations required to allow Hyperion Financial reporting (Financial Reporting, Interactive reporting, Web Analysis ), to meet all EPM upgrade requirements as defined and assigned through the FTIP PMO/Change Management process. * Analyze, Design and Develop and postproduction troubleshooting of the newly developed reporting solutions as defined and assigned through the EPM Upgrade PMO/Change Management process Backfill for Support Team positions when required. Primary work location will be 227 W. Monroe Street, Chicago, IL 60606. Deliverables [List the Deliverables to be provided/achieved by Supplier, and identify requirements and specifications for each Deliverable.] (See Section 2. - Services.) General requirement is to implement assigned enhancements in production by the due dates established during the initial planning (see Section 4. - Schedule.), or to negotiate a revised date if appropriate should conditions change. SCHEDULE [Specify schedule for performing the Services and completing each deliverable; from beginning of project to completion of final deliverable.] The Exelon Support team will work with the vendor resource to establish project schedules for each assigned deliverable, during the first week of the project, and the vendor will be responsible to update the schedule weekly over the course of the project, providing early warning if any dates are in jeopardy. milestones [List Milestones.
