*Need .Net architect ASAP. 10+yrs of experience in required.* Location: Milwaukee, WI Start :ASAP Duration: 3months Description System/Software Engineer Seeking a system/software engineer to lead efforts to develop innovative Enterprise Web-based solutions, including the design and implementation of system architectures and application framework, and implementation (or selection) of Services and Shared Components. The candidate will work in a collaborative team environment with other software engineers and user experience professionals, conforming to various software development and business processes. The candidate must be experienced in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), database design, web application development and modeling (UML) Responsibilities may include: · Analyze, develop, and refine requirements; · Explore options for the system architecture and contribute to architectural decisions; · Develop and document conceptual designs, high-level system designs, and detailed software designs to meet requirements; · Implement agreed upon solution; · Provide input to technical discussions and propose solutions and alternatives including buy vs. build decisions. · Analyze cost effectiveness and feasibility; · Provide work estimates, including evaluating trade-offs between implementation, schedule, cost, and resource constraints, and recommend alternatives; · Mentor and provide technical expertise to less experienced developers; · Work with remote teams, including offshore. · Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline. · Minimum of 7 years related systems and/or software engineering experience, or skills commensurate with 7+ years systems or engineering experience. Strong skills in: leadership, system architecture, requirements analysis and development, object-oriented software design (including various design patterns), and software implementation. Agile development experience preferred.
