Need: Our client is doing an upgrade of their ARIBA software and they are
looking for multiple developers for the project.  We are looking for ARIBA
developers with Upstream-Sourcing and experience in version 9r1 upgrades or
implementations.  The length of the project will be determined by the
positions, but these resources will be expected for between 6-12 months.

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Contract to Hire

Salary: 75,000-85,000+benefits

Need: An experienced Oracle DBA for a contract to hire position.  They need
someone with at least 5 years experience as a DBA doing Tuning, Maintenance,
Back-up and support.

Location: Raleigh, NC

Skills:  labor time capture and scheduling software implementation.  The
role is a project manager for the software implementation.

Experience as a project management for labor time capture and scheduling
software implementation (preferably Kronos but other applications are
acceptable)

1.      Experience managing labor time capture and scheduling
implementations for retail environments.  Experience with a traditional
retailer or similar enterprise with multiple locations and 2,000+ employees

2.      Serve as project liaison with multiple internal teams within the
client

3.      Ability to work with Kronos software implementation team to manage
work product, timeline and budgets

4.      Ability to monitor quality inputs from multiple team members for the
following deliverables:  requirements gathering, configuration, testing

Description of Services:
This position requires following responsibilities:
• Works under HR lead guidance, who has several HR modules to manage with
individual module leads
• Owns business process for area - Compensation Management module covers
• Manages team members - user group, technical resource (if any)
• Supports HR lead on training plan creation and on change organization
management activities for area
• Be involved in all phases of the project - specifically process design,
applications configuration, functional designing for RICEW, testing,
acceptance testing, and cutover support

Deliverables:

Large International MFG company is needing a strong Techno/functional Oracle
Project Accounting resource. Client is currently implementing R12 and
rolling it out to numerous countries around the world. Consultant will be
involved in coding work as well as some set ups and configuration of the
application and system.  Location is in Salt Lake City and will start in 1-2
weeks.

*Technical Oracle/OBIEE reports developer R12 Financials (must have Excel
Add-on experience in resume)*

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 5+ months

Rate: $70 inclusive

Oracle/OBIEE reports developer with the below skills for their r12
implementation project:

         Oracle Reports – At least 5+ years of in-depth experience
Designing, developing Oracle Reports preferably for R12 Financials

         At least 5+ years of in-depth experience in OBIEE – Experience with
designing and developing OBIEE+ reports and expertise in Excel Add-on

         Expertise in developing Materialized views and tuning the views for
optimal performance

         Proficient in writing high quality design documents (MD.050 and
MD.070)

OBIEE has a MS Office Add-on where all the answers can be run from within
Excel. Our client is looking for a huge investment in this specific ad-hoc
query capability for them where they will be running all their answer type
queries from within the Excel Add-on. This is still a critical need for us
and I have an OBIEE Lead level position open who can start immediately if
the person has Excel Add on expertise and have worked with extensive OBIEE
with Oracle EBS Materialized view architecture.  We need someone who is a
stronger lead-level resource



*Functional Oracle Financials consultant with OBIEE*

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 3-4 months

Rate: $75+expenses

Oracle OBIEE Financial Business Analyst

       Understand the financial focus area (General Ledger, Procurement,
Project Accounting, Fixed Assets) including typical and leading business
practices, processes, & business reporting needs

       Familiarity with Oracle EBS PC, GL, iProcurement, and FA modules and
data, processing and transactions associated with these modules

       Translate end business user reporting needs into logical data
components and work with the BI and/or EBS teams to source data

       Participate in design and testing of dashboards and reports for the
reporting needs identified

       Support end user training on how to use the new reporting from BI

       Work through user reporting requests to analyze the true data and
reporting needed to satisfy their need
       Conduct effective training workshops related to the OBIEE toolset to
empower end users.

perspective.  It looks something like this:

·         Identifies and recommends opportunities for business process
improvement through appropriate leverage of Dynamics AX features.

·         Works closely with team member(s) and Super Users to configure
Dynamics AX for Unit Testing, training, IST and production.

·         Provides support/guidance for test script development.  Provides
IST support.

·         Provides guidance on data conversion mapping and setup tables.

·         Provides go-live/cutover support and post go-live support.

Duration: 9 weeks

Our client is doing a Siebel implementation and they need a Siebel trained
consultant with experience Configuring Siebel Data Quality Connector and
Siebel Data Quality Server.  Sold work in St. Louis, MO with a start date of
7/12.
