We currently have* Senior Call Center Analyst *contract position in Columbus, OH. The Sr. Analyst Call Center is responsible for participating in the development, maintenance and enhancement of the call center application. Under the guidance of the Call Center Manager, they collaborate with company customers, staff members, IT colleagues and other stake holders to define requirements, system integration and access requirements for all call center related system applications. The brief skill set for this position includes knowledge of ePowerCenter, basic network, SQL database and NT administration skills. *Minimum Requirements:* *A. Education:* Bachelors degree.** *B. Experience:* Demonstrated leadership in the design, development and deployment of complex systems in support of cross-functional processes. 3+ years hands-on configuration with Call Center applications (Astute ePowerCenter and SAP CRM experience a plus.) *C. Knowledge:* A functional expert in Call Center applications (Astute PowerCenter a plus) with the ability to configure and trouble shoot.** Project Management knowledge a plus. *D. Skills and Abilities/ Competencies:* High degree of customer focus with the ability trouble shoot system related to become an effective advisor and service provider. Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Demonstrated competency in the execution and prioritize multiple projects, including managing resources across multiple projects to meet goals. Abilities to develop efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
