QUALIFICATIONS: · Knowledge of software development lifecycle and associated software application needs (Source control, defect tracking, testing, etc.). · Server and network knowledge and skill in the design, installation, and configuration of information and communications systems. · Self-motivated and able to multi-task, prioritize, and get tasks done with minimal supervision. · Applicant must have good communication and documentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate at various levels within and outside the organization. · Applicant must possess the ability to work effectively with others in the organization to accomplish requested tasks. · Provides timely information and accurate status and schedules. Maintains consistent and effective communications with manager and/or project/team lead. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: · Must have a minimum of 3+ years experience in IT architecture design to include LAN and WAN implementations in a fast paced software development environment. · MCSE, CCNA certification preferred (or in progress) · SQL Programming experience preferred · Windows 2003/2008 Server, SQL server, and some UNIX server experience · Experience configuring, maintaining and administering virtual servers · Must have experience documenting project requirements anddesign using a standard process (not necessarily a methodology) · Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint preferred · Experience designing and supporting solutions, troubleshooting, and administering source control software such as IBMRational ClearCase, Visual Source Safe, etc. preferred. · Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and administeringdefect tracking systems such as, IBM Rational ClearQuest, BugTracker,etc. preferred. · Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and administeringtesting software such as LoadRunner, Test Director, IBM RationalFunctional Tester, etc. preferred. · System monitoring experience required.
