*Description*
We are.NET Healthcare Developer for an engagement in the *Seattle area*. The
successful candidate will assist our client with implementing a software
package and performing development and remediation work. Candidates MUST be
available to work 40+ hrs onsite at the client location in Seattle.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledgeable in 4010A1 and 5010 HIPAA implementation guides related to
Claim receipt
Experience with The HIPAA Gateway (THG) from Trizetto and Trizetto Facets
Must be able to define edits being performed by THG and know where new edits
should be applied
Knowledgeable in FEP, Medicaid, Medicare, Medigap and NASCO
Must have experience with the following transaction types:
o 835 Claims Payment/Advice
o 837 Professional, 837 Institutional and 837 Dental
Experience writing code (see technical knowledge below) that will perform
the regulator changes found when moving from 4010A1 to 5010
All coding will be stored in predefined directories in a company provided
implementation development environment
Should be familiar with Clearinghouse processes and replies (997 and/or 999)
Technical knowledge includes but is not limited to:
o 3-5 years experience in C# development is required
o Database access via SQL for SQL Server 2005
