Additional Knowledge and Skills: Decision support concepts. * *Relational and dimensional modeling, specifically the Kimball methodology. * *Query tools, reporting tools. Ability to understand and communicate ETL processes and logic. * *Help to identify and implement data and data design standards. * *Experience working on IT projects and an understanding of project constraints like schedule and budget. * *Ability to evaluate state education data stores and recommend alternatives for more efficient processing and easier use by the education community. Ability to design, develop, and implement analytical and reporting tools for generating reports related to educational data. * *Ability to create training programs and teach end users to use tools and data.
