Job Description: The Voice Pick application enables warehouse pickers to build pallets for customer orders or internal bills of lading using Voice technology. The main accountabilities of this position are to provide ongoing support and maintenance by working closely with support teams and vendor to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues as quickly as possible (includes off-hours support), supporting Voice and printer hardware, and testing and implementing technology upgrades. May also include investment work. Required: *ETL* Required Qualifications Work with the software vendor to perform all phases of the SDLC for new releases to address bug fixes and enhancements Provide ongoing support and maintenance by working closely with support teams and vendor to identify and resolve issues as quickly as possible (includes off-hours support) nteract with internal / external IT teams to determine impact of technology upgrades/ enhancements on application; support downtime-Sunday work Interact with end-users and business partners to communicate support, issues impacting the field, downtime, workarounds and issue resolution.
