A Business Analyst to analyze processes and implement functionality
improvements for customized Remedy forms and create new Remedy forms. SQL
skills and integration with non-Remedy databases for expanded functionality
through rich data will be required. The position also requires the Remedy
analyst be proficient with the BMC Remedy Knowledge Management tool to
provide implementation and on-going tool support.
