• In-depth knowledge of both Lotus Notes and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook
• Experience implementing an enterprise wide/global Exchange/Outlook
solution to over 25,000 employees
• Experience with Sharepoint
• Experience with Mainsoft
• Experience with Microsoft OCS
• Knowledge of email as it relates to a collaborative environment is
essential
• Provides SME knowledge as related to all aspects of Email.
• Articulates long-term goals and directions for Email related solutions and
show relation and impact to group of projects labeled “Email Stream”
• An undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in current vendor collaboration offerings for corporations,
including the integration of email, presence, data collaboration, unified
communications and social networking
• Strong focus on business and end user impact
• Familiarity with enterprise system support processes including change
control, problem management and escalation procedures
• Proven results as a lead on Enterprise scale projects
• In-depth working knowledge of desktop infrastructure technologies and
tools including the Windows Operating System, Sharepoint, MS Office and
email systems
• Working knowledge of network and telecom technologies
• Ability to create presentations transforming technology solutions into
business deliverables and benefits
